I awake several times every night.
Last night tho, each time I awoke, I had this energy in me.
The only thing I could think to do was pass it on.
So Helen, Lee, Diane, Angels cousin and several more got Chios healing last night/early morning.
Helen, yours switched to Kundalini tho???

From what I understand, I could be wrong.

Reiki energy is from above, the Universe.
Kundalini is from below, Mother Earth.
Chios heals the aura?

When I send healing, I usually ask for whatever type of healing is needed to come thru me to him/her

Perhaps 'they' are so used to me asking for that, 'they' allowed what was needed without me asking lol

Or, you took what you knew you needed

Every time I send healing it always ends up with Usui reiki grrrr
I am thinking I best just let come thru what is needed.
I would love to feel what sending Chios is like though ........

I can feel where healing is needed on one.
I understand chakras and a bit about auras.
Sometimes I see colours, I would love to know, see, feel, understand, experience, help, heal, channel more.
So yeah, I am greedy lol
