I have hurt my back again.
Did it yesterday morning at my first visit of the day at 7.30pm.
I struggled through til I finished at 9.30pm.
Really stiff this morning,

New chapter to open!! Exercise, I prefer yoga!!

Yoga is good, but it's so important to do it correctly (which, I think, means working with a trainer or at least a good video). Simple stretching - reaching up, to the sides, toward the toes, turning gently at the waist, doing leg raises, etc - is a good start for building strength in damaged back muscles. Movement is important to prevent stiffness and loss of existing muscle tone.
