My Back!

My back has gone again!
I am stuck in bed at the moment, cannot turn to get up
This is the second time in 2 weeks

Try and rest your back at intervals but do try walking also,to keep the muscles going or you may find that the less they are used,stiffening may set in.

Nas, the swelling still gone, sciatic nerve stopped hurting, but pain still there.
Both sides now.
Methinks the other side maybe hurting cos I am using it to compensate.
Was a wild night eh Nas.

Mia, this is totally left brain and on a physical level --- but it works.

Mrs W has no discs at all between two of her lower back vertebrae but after she did what is in the following book the pain went away. She is not cured of course (and won't have the op') but she now rides a horse most days.
