sure as there is no other way to get that across, have you had one done by them? do you think they are good? maybe you could write a little about what it means to you to have this done and how you have found it of use xx

I do have lots to share, mainly what I have learnt and what to use it for.
But debs is the one who is best, she been helping me lots
