Working with Essences Empty
PostSubject: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptyFri 10 Jun 2011 - 20:44

(copied from my 'welcome' thread)

I've
really been making good use of my essences - right now I'm using a
blend that consists of an essence I made from a Rose from the Rosebush
in the back yard of the apt. where I live and with that I have the FES:
Crab Apple, Glassy Hyacinth, Hyssop and Splendid Mariposa Lily.

Since
many know about the Crab Apple from the Bach line, I won't post about
that but the others are from the FES 'Range of Light' - and here is the
information about them:

Glassy Hyacinth Triteleia lilacina

Positive qualities: Redemption
of suffering; transformation of emotional darkness into the light of
soul understanding; resurrection forces of soul triumph

Patterns of imbalance: Profound trauma, sorrow, emotional pain; ability to face evil, or the “shadow” of humanity; descent into hell

Hyssop Hyssopus officinalis

Positive qualities: Body-Soul integration of pain and suffering; ability to forgive and to accept forgiveness from others

Patterns of imbalance: Body-based
guilt or shame, self-punishment or mutilation directed consciously or
unconsciously at the body; soul memory of previous abuse or shame that
degrades body image

Splendid Mariposa Lily Calochortus splendens

Positive qualities: Soul
alignment with the Mother of the World; capacity to recognize all
members of the human race as having one Mother; ability to activate
transcendent forces of mothering and mercy for all of the human family

Patterns of imbalance: orphan
state of consciousness as a root condition of humanity, soul pain and
feelings of abandonment due to world trauma and warfare; divisions in
the human family due to race, religion, nation, class, ecological
disaster or warfare

Two others - also by the FES 'Range of Light' line, that I have put together, which help me with my 'physical stamina' are:

Blazing Star Mentzelia laevicaulis

Positive qualities: Radiant
and inwardly vital will forces; masculine soul forces developed from an
inner foundation of nurturing life forces; alchemical union of
feminine water and masculine fire soul elements

Patterns of imbalance:
Predominance of water element in the body and emotions causing
paralysis of the will; inability to catalyze soul fire; bifurcation of
soul toward either a strong but rigid will or flowing but weak feeling
state

California Peony Paeonia californica

Positive qualities:
Celebration of life; healthy instinct for pleasure; cultivation of
magnetic and charismatic soul forces through integration with the vital
forces in the lower chakras

Patterns of imbalance: Predominance of passive yin forces, repressed vitality, sensuality or sexuality; difficulty with money and power issues

Working with Essences Empty
PostSubject: Re: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptyFri 10 Jun 2011 - 20:52

This is a blend that I had recently ordered:

To recover and rebuild
from shock and trauma

Primary
Indications:

* For loss or disruption of any kind that creates bewilderment,
numbness or shock in the body-soul complex, including amputation
or debilitating injury within the physical body; loss or disruption
to one's home, community or environment

* For relief work in any natural disaster or war zone, to address
prolonged levels of shock and trauma and to help victims re-build
and renew; beneficial for both humans and animals

* Following any major surgery and during any sustained course
of physical rehabilitation

* Following the loss of a loved one or pet, if symptoms of shock
or disassociation persist; can be used in tandem or in alternation
with Grief Relief

* As a supplement to drug rehabilitation, when the soul faces
shattering memories or acknowledges what has been lost or damaged
in one's life

* For recurring violent dreams and memories of past trauma, which
intrude long after other forms of healing have brought physical
stabilization

The Post-Trauma Stabilizer formula features:

Working with Essences FESarnicaArnica
foundational for all forms of shock and trauma, helping subtle
energy bodies to be re-integrated into the physical body; facilitates
recovery from dissociative states following traumatic events

Working with Essences FESbleeding_heartBleeding
Heart
Intense grief and longing; especially for those
who have died or for social connections and circumstances that
have been severed due to disaster or injury; reconsolidation of
the heart forces

Working with Essences FESechinaceaEchinacea
Depletion within the immune system and core identity following
shattering events or injuries; helping to knit together and re-constellate
the spiritual-physical individuality toward new wholeness

Working with Essences FESglassy-hyacinthGlassy
Hyacinth
Recovery from profound depths of sorrow and
suffering; when the soul has been pulled underground and must
experience re-birth

Working with Essences FESgreen-crossGreen
Cross Gentian
To address intense feelings of despair
or defeat; when one's relationship to community, home or body
must find new connection and grounding; renewed resolve to serve,
hope and give

Working with Essences FESfireweedFireweed

"alchemical ash" as the seed ground for new forces of
healing and vitality

Working with Essences FESfffcomposite-flowers-onlyFive-Flower
Formula
Dr. Bach's composite remedy for rescue and relief
to body and soul; providing calm and stabilization during times
of adversity, injury and natural disaster

PostSubject: Re: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptyFri 10 Jun 2011 - 21:01

There are custom blends I order as well - I recently got one from Bailey essences in the UK, and Fleurs de Vie in France does custom blends for the South African Essences (the only place I could find that does custom blends for that brand).

The Bailey blend deals mostly with subconscious stuff and anger.

http://www.baileyessences.com/cgi-bin/atoz_bailey.pl?bailey

The South African blend deals with 'negative ego' (to help the body align more with self-compassion, self-love) as well as anger/rage-desire to punish - Belladonna Lily and another, which I don't remember at the moment - both deal with anger as a result of the feeling of powerlessness.

Yes - if the flowers are available, I will make my own. Some flowers that are native to where I live (north east PA) which are poisonous - like the well known Star of Bethlehem, I will not make because I don't want any of the fluid from the flowers in the water of course. I will let that to the professionals. A good book to have if you want to make your own, so you know some about the plant - if it is poisonous or not, is the Reader's Digest 'Guide to North American Wildlife':

http://www.amazon.com/North-American-Wildlife-revised-updated/dp/0762100206

Sometimes I will come across a plant that I don't know about and so research it on the internet. For example, there was two I had to look up - one turned out to be a Mock Orange bush, and another a tree I called the 'sting bean tree' - which is actually the Catalpa Tree. I used the flowers of these to make my own.

I just got my one FES shock and trauma blend today - the Post-Trauma that I mention above which has been helpful. They have some other 'flourish combo' blends I am looking at buying.

I had a fitful night last night - not only due to the storms that came through, but I rested with my Blue Kyanite in my hand over the right side of my chest and started to have weird dreams. The imagery I don't remember, but the feelings were very intense and uncomfortable - a deep feeling of fear/terror...so I'm looking at going deeper into the psyche to heal whatever is causing this.

One Tarot card with much to teach us is Strength, shown here in a
medieval rendering (”La Forza”). The woman is able to overcome the
ferocity of the lion with nothing more than gentleness. This suggests
that we can overcome even the most formidable of our obstacles better
with gentleness than by going at them full force.

Perhaps the greatest obstacles we face are within ourselves, and these,
too, respond with less resistance when we approach them this way. In
general, flower essences are among the softest and kindest tools for
removing inner barriers to a peaceful life.

Working with Essences Empty
PostSubject: Re: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptyWed 15 Jun 2011 - 13:51

Oh that's cool Smile

I found the Post-Trauma Stabilizer very helpful for me and will be getting more for next month. I like to use it with Hyssop and CA Peony but will also add Black Eyed Susan to it as that deals with trauma:

Positive qualities:
Awake consciousness capable of acknowledging all aspects of the Self; penetrating insight.

Patterns of imbalance:
Avoidance or repression of traumatic or painful aspects of the personality.

Black-Eyed-Susan flower essence is a powerful catalyst for confronting parts of the personality or traumatic
episodes form the past that have been kept locked away in the recesses of the psyche.

Often these unclaimed parts of the psyche
operate as shadow parts of the personality; for example, a person who as raped or abused may begin to exhibit
the same behavior toward others later in life. In other instances this enormous repression does not manifest
outwardly, but inwardly, in self-destructive tendencies or as mental or physical illness. In many cases Black-Eyed-Susan
is indicated for individuals who suffer from emotional amnesia and paralysis, and are totally unaware of the
healing issues they must confront. What is needed in these circumstances is an increase of awareness; the ability
to shine the light of consciousness into the shadows of the psyche.

A great release of energy is felt in the
soul once such buried parts of the psyche are consciously encountered and addressed in an appropriate therapeutic
environment. Black-Eyed-Susan restores great light and conscious awareness, helping the soul to integrate and
transform unclaimed parts of the psyche.

----------------------------
There are some for the lower chakras that I will be getting (I am already working on healing the Sacral area):

South African Flowering Gum (to help heal solar plexus):

Personal authority and autonomy; positive ambition to live according to one's own values.

For those whose sense of personal authority has been undermined by others, whose will forces have been weakened by having continuous criticism levelled at them and are therefore undecided and uncertain as to what path to follow. Such people look outside themselves for authority and direction and may be despondent and lacking in motivation. This essence brings people into their own authority, assists them in discovering their innate talents, resuscitating their own dreams and in developing true ambition, i.e., living the life they want to live, not the life their parents or society have mapped out for them.

South African Loquat (the first issue is what led to this one - again solar plexus):

Apathy; withdrawal; martyrdom; resignation; assists in incarnation process.

For those who experience fear and anxiety when faced with the demands of life and seek to escape by avoiding participation in the life process and withdrawing - perhaps sleeping excessively, refraining from eating correctly, so that they are physically unable to meet the expectations of others, or retreating into emotional disorders, which protect them from everyday life. Symptoms such as apathy, resignation, or perhaps an inability to activate the will are indications for its use. This essence assists in incarnating the forces of the personality, in taking hold of the life process and in willingly undertaking responsibility. It is very beneficial for adolescents, as well as for the treatment of the emotions which lie behind anorexia.

Finally these from Living Tree Orchid Essences in the UK:

Voice of Courage - to help heal the solar plexus on deep levels and also helps energize the throat chakra: A major essence for healing deep levels of the solar plexus (3rd
chakra), as well as energizing the throat chakra. Brings strength of
courage as well as a renewed commitment to the soul's deep purpose in
this life. The solar plexus is likely to take many 'hits' in the course
of our life, and these minor and major impacts on the 3rd chakra can
often remain buried deep within. Voice of Courage brings healing to the
solar plexus at these deep levels, and by so doing, and despite being a
very 'yang' essence, it also helps one's sleep to be deeper and longer.

Vital Core - to help the sacral-shadow aspects of the chakra: Vital Core is strongly energizing of the Root and 2nd chakras, as well
as the gall bladder meridian. While having some activity on the Crown,
Throat and Heart chakras, its action is primarily in the two lower
chakras whereby it provides a strong 'get up & go' effect. The
effect on the 2nd chakra is intriguing: though energizing, it is not a
sexual energizing. It helps to release stored / blocked energies,
including stored negative energies, and thereby helps to resolve shadow
aspects of the Sacral chakra. In this way, it seeks to restore the
natural sacredness of the 2nd chakra.

Joyous Purification - to help heal subconscious patterns in the root chakra: Purifying the root chakra for both men and women. For men it can
initiate them into the feminine understanding of purity and innocence.
Whereas we often think of purification as a painful or arduous process,
the action of this essence results in an experience of joy. For women it
will help with certain sexual abuse issues by re-establishing the
natural innocence of the root chakra in a natural rise of white etheric
light. This light moves very efficiently and effectively, allowing one
to work therapeutically with the issues that have been held
subconsciously in the root chakra.

(I already took Sacral Release which is to help heal subconscious patterns in the sacral area).

Sacral Release: Sacral Releases provides vital energy to help with the release process
and breaks a vicious cycle of low energy and low achievement. It helps
to ground and release tensions stemming from subconscious patterns held
in the 2nd chakra. They drop down to the earth. The energy in this
essence affirms you are safe, strong and healthy.

I realized that it is quite interesting how I will be doing deep healing on both the solar plexus and root chakras at the same time. If the Will has been weakend to such a point where one does not want to live...this of course has its connections with the root. (The Will to Live).

I managed to wind up with a second bottle of Lewisia and I am putting that in a blend to take as I am waking up - which is when I found it the most helpful:

Lewisia Lewisia disepala
Positive Qualities: Profound
expansiveness of the soul; star-like consciousness radiating exquisite
sensitivity; the spirit breath of the cosmos united with the most
tender aspects of human love and sensitivity

Patterns of Imbalance: Tenuous
hold on earth forces due to extensive astral forces that do not
contract fully; “indigo” or autistic children who cannot bring their
full soul forces into incarnation; protection and sustenance during
pregnancy or in early childhood for highly expanded soul types

I want to add with this Morning Glory:

Positive qualities:
Sparkling vital force, feeling awake and refreshed, in touch with Life.

Patterns of imbalance:
Dull, toxic, or "hung over," inability to fully enter the body, especially in the morning; addictive habits.

The soul must constantly be on guard to align its astral body with its physical/etheric components.
The astral (or star) body is naturally akin to the forces of night, and, if left unregulated, will
not hesitate to devour the etheric (or life) body. Individuals with this imbalance typically crave
late-night activity and have erratic eating and sleeping rhythms.

The etheric body is more akin
to the forces of day-time, especially early morning, and is greatly abused by such astrality. If
such abuse continues over a long period of time, the individual will experience increasing difficulty
incarnating in the body, not only in the morning, but throughout the day. Unable to use the natural
energy of the etheric body, the person will crave stimulants such as caffeine, and in extreme cases,
cocaine or amphetamines.

As this astrality continues to predominate, the individual will display
increasingly erratic patterns, possibly deteriorating into destructive and violent tendencies.
Many levels of physical illness may occur, especially compromised immune response, nerve depletion,
and disturbances in vital organs such as the liver.

Morning Glory flower essnce helps the soul come to greater
awareness and respect for life and the life process of the body. The individual learns to adjust
its rhythm so that it is more in tune with the cycles of Nature. Through Morning Glory, the soul
learns to experience more natural states of energy, and thus the gift of life itself.

So essentially what I'm doing is clearing-healing the lower chakras and then using the Lewisia, Morning Glory to help ground and integrate my energy - also the Post-Trauma Blend helps 'all around healing' and allows for better integration of the psyche.
----------

There is also a 'Panic Blend' I put together (though have yet to order it) using the South African essences:

South African 'Panic' Blend
Nervous depletion; emotional tension; nail biting; panic attacks.

Comfrey

For nervous depletion, irritability, emotional tension, nervous habits or idiosyncrasies such as nail-biting, for nervous breakdowns or panic attacks. This essence calms and balances the nervous system, restoring vitality and releasing tension from the solar plexus area. It brings tranquillity and serenity.
_____________________________
Generalised fear; expectation of disaster possibly linked to past life experience; self sabotage.

Coral Tree

For generalised fear, for those who experience numerous fears, none of which is substantial in itself but which accumulate to become a heavy burden. Fears, such as these, often have their origins in past life experience which has resulted in the belief being imprinted on the subconscious mind that physicality is not safe, and which manifest in the continuous, or frequent, expectation of danger, loss, pain or self-sabotage. This essence lifts the pervading expectation of disaster. It also works at a much deeper level to clear the archetypal underlying fear and allows the Soul contact which puts one in touch with the sense of love, protection and an unending potential for joy.
____________________________________
Grief and shock of karmic origins; dread; inexplicable fears; positive commitment to the future.

Frangipani

For grief and shock of karmic origins which are inaccessible to the individual through ordinary means, for dread - the imminent threat of non-being - and fears of unknown cause, inexplicable fears, for doomers and gloomers - those who are sure that the end of the world is imminent, also for those who are easily discouraged in the face of adversity and for when the life forces are trapped in negativity. Through releasing the energy held by emotional patterns which have been beyond conscious reach, giving the courage to move through the fear, this essence brings hope and optimism about the future, a positive commitment to the planet's well-being and the ability to move forward with purpose, encouraging others to do the same.
___________________________________
Panic; hysteria; insomnia; soothing; calming.

Lavender

For hysteria, panic, over-excitement, over-stimulation and insomnia as a result of being keyed up. This essence establishes emotional balance, calming, soothing and centring one in the physical body. It also balances the crown chakra with the heart chakra and facilitates contact with the Higher Self and the spiritual realms.
_____________________________
Emotional tension; overcharged emotions; hysteria; possession; heals holes in aura.

Orange

For overwhelming emotional tension or hysteria. This essence cools and calms heated and overcharged emotions in order that they may be examined. It is of assistance in obsessive relationships where it is impossible for the parties to be objective. This essence brings about level-headedness and emotional clarity. It helps heal holes in the aura and is beneficial in treating cases of possession.
___________________________
Archetypal fear; shock; panic; fear of annihilation; dread; terror - grounds and centres.

Orange Pincushion

For shock, trauma, panic, for archetypal fear, fear of annihilation or terror - the origin of the fear can be actual, or unfounded and irrational. The source is immaterial. This essence assists in grounding and centring one and brings courage, tranquillity and peace. For all emergencies and also for nightmares. For bereavement.
_______________________
Despair; shock; intense fear; traumatization; refusal to accept the inevitable; self destruction.

Waratah

Use of this essence draws energy into the energy field and thereby brings rapid relief from shock, intense fear, and despair, calming the nervous system. This essence deals with the head bashing type of despair in which one refuses to accept the inevitable and becomes self-destructive, unless one is able to open to the Higher Self and cross the threshold into a new way of being. This essence is also useful for the child, inner or outer, who has been traumatised.

PostSubject: Re: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptyWed 15 Jun 2011 - 16:51

Thanks Smile I'm finally relieved to be getting this 'essence business' 'fine tuned' because it's been driving me crazy (not to mention choking my wallet).

I think I'm at the point where I have a clearer picture as to what I'm doing with these - and which ones I can narrow it down to. There are some others I just put on my shopping list after reading more in the FES Range of Light website.

This is all on my list at the moment - and I do hope to get my 'Renter's Rebate' money soon so I can use that to help myself out (as I also have to get shoes - the two pairs I have are shot, and just a few clothes). But I take these to help my health out, so it's not like I'm frivolously spending money on them.

South African Flowering Gum
South African Loquat

Post-Trauma Stabilizer blend

Vital Core
Voice of Courage
Joyous Purification

(might get Base Regulator and Hara to Heart too)

-These below I buy from Lucky Vitamin where both the essence itself is cheaper and there is a flat rate shipping of only $5.95.

Black Eyed Susan
Blazing Star (I had used that too before)
CA Peony (I like to consistently use this)
Green Rose
Hornbeam
Hyssop
Lilac (took this before)
Morning Glory
Redwood (took that before)
Red Larkspur
Red Penstemon
Sierra Primrose
Splendid Mariposa Lily (took this before too)

My Bailey blend should be arriving soon from the UK and I am eager to try that out as I got it for mostly subconscious stuff and anger (repressed).

But I am very happy too! I have managed to help clear much out of the body and am feeling more comfortable in it.

PostSubject: Re: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptyThu 16 Jun 2011 - 14:26

I got my Lungwort yesterday and highly recommend it for those who deal with Depression or 'Depressive Disorder' (I deal with the latter).

I also found it helpful in dealing with the body's feelings of utter hopelessness and resignation. (It's probably good of me to work with this first and then follow up with the South African Loquat - to work on a deeper level).

Positive qualities: Reclamation of soul light in the deepest
structures of the body; recovery from depression or addiction with new
forces of hope and upliftment

Patterns of imbalance:
Depression registered in the body as
physical gravity; listless, languid or drained - often localized in the
respiratory system; sense of hopelessness or resignation with resulting
depletion of energy; depression and low energy function associated with
drug withdrawal

Working with Essences Empty
PostSubject: Re: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptyFri 17 Jun 2011 - 12:19

I got my Bailey Blend yesterday and I am so glad that I got what I did in it. I felt it helping to heal stuff on the subconscious level (the main reason why I chose what I did for it). I noticed much tension being cleared from the Diaphram area and this spot that is about 2-3" above my belly button. The muscles in this area would contract severely and then slowly release as stuff was being cleared out. That was the first physical reaction I noticed to taking this.

I do not know the origins of this 'stuff' or what all it is exactly, but I think it may have to deal with how things were when the soul exchange was happening (and this occurred when I was asleep). I feel that it is helping deal with that 'point in time' - helping the body adjust and make the transitions to its new life...helps work through the shock of it all.

I also think that it is good that I start with this one - just like I did with the Sacral Release, and then use these others that I plan to get for subconscious issues. I had even gone back to the Living Tree Orchid essences site and they state it's best to use Sacral Release before using the Vital Core. So this blend is a good 'general cleanser' to start with, I think, on myself for these issues.

Even before the soul exchange, there were experiences of panic-dread-terror-feeling of being annihilated sort of thing that its origins are not known...but a good guess would be having grown up in an abusive home and then dealing with abuse later in life. But this unhealthy fear is getting its butt kicked 'cause I ain't putting up with it.

* deals with subconsciousness

- deals with anger

>deals with change/transition

http://www.baileyessences.com/cgi-bin/atoz_bailey.pl?bailey

This is what I have in the blend:

*Betony

>Bistort

Bluebell (kind of works along the same lines as the FES Lungwort and due to this I had added some of the Lungwort in with this blend)

>Conifer Mazegill

*Cymbidium Orchid

*Cyprus Rock Rose

Deep Red Peony

-Firethorn

*Honesty

-Holly Leaf

>Leopardsbane

*Moss

>Nasturtium

-Red Clover

-Red Poppy

>Single Snowdrop

(I also have some Sacral Release, South African Fig - which works on fears located in the collective unconsciousness, and Crab Apple added to this as well)

Because I'm making good progress with what I have, there won't be as many that I will get next month from Lucky Vitamin - I only feel the need for: Lilac, Pedicularis, Red Larkspur, Red Penstemon, Oregon Grape and Green Rose (although that list may even change over time).

Working with Essences Empty
PostSubject: Re: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptyFri 17 Jun 2011 - 19:48

I've gone through quite a bit of thinking with these and have decided that I only need to get the - Voice of Courage, Vital Core and Joyous Purification to help the lower chakras (cleansing - w/regards to subconscious patterns). There are two blends by FES that I think would be best for me - the 'Fear-less' blend (to work with the Post-Trauma Stabilizer) and the Flora-Sleep blend. So I will be getting those two along with another bottle of the Post-Trauma.

FES also has what is called 'Benediction Oil' which is a massage oil that has essential oils in and essences. I was interested in the Benediction one because it helps with periods of transition...and that's something I'm always going through with this business.

The Benediction Oil™
was birthed on a Christmas Eve nearly three decades ago to help many
who were in need. Although it is now used around the world for many
purposes and seasons, we still think of it as our beneficent Christmas
Balm, helping the heart to realize the true meaning of “Peace on Earth,
Goodwill to Humankind”.

The Flower Fusion:

The foundation of Benediction Oil™ is the precious ruby red St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum)
regarded by medieval mystics as the “blood of Christ,” for its
protective mantle of light. The essential oils of Rose, Angelica and
Jasmine instill higher awareness by opening the heart and soothing
anxiety. The flower essences of Holly, Motherwort and Hawthorne
strengthen and purify the heart; while Self-Heal helps the soul
transform illness into wellness; and Angel’s Trumpet carries
consciousness of the spiritual world.

Indications:
  • To bless and sanctify during holidays (holy days), when the soul seeks deeper meaning and connection

  • For use as a sacramental anointing oil during any major life passage or celebration

  • To apply during times of illness, easing pain and assisting body-soul alignment

  • To help the soul accept and transform chronic pain and physical suffering

  • To bolster the soul when feeling depression, anguish, anxiety or bewilderment

  • For recovery from any violation such as violent attack, sexual abuse or other similar trauma

  • To help birthing, by guiding the soul to feel the blessing of human love during the passage to human incarnation

  • For heart-centered sexuality, encouraging both body and soul to experience the warmth of human love

  • For transition during dying – to feel love and support during passage from the body to a purely spiritual reality

So I think I will be getting that too.

The only ones I feel the need for from Lucky Vitamin would be: Lilac, Morning Glory, Pedicularis, Star Thistle, Red Larkspur and Red Penstemon.

Then I'll just take it from there.

Four Stages of Flower Essence Response - http://www.flowersociety.org/4-rs.html

Stages of Flower Essence Response (Four R’s)
(excerpts from written material by Patricia Kaminski)

Stage One: Release, Relaxation or Rejuvenation

Characterized by many sensations, which are often
registered in the body. These changes may be experienced as a release
of excess or dysfunctional energy, a general feeling of calm, or a
sense of renewed stamina. Many diverse, but short-lived symptoms may
accompany Stage One; these shifting symptoms occur as the energetic
relationship between body/soul comes into a new alignment.

    Stage Two: Realization and Recognition

Benefits of the flower essences can now be more
distinctly felt in the mental field, producing a variety of cognitive
responses. Thoughts and feelings that operated just below the radar of
consciousness can now be identified; there is increased objectivity and
clarity. The flower essences help us to compare and contrast old
behaviors or feelings with new alternative choices and solutions.

Stage Three: Reaction, Resistance and Reconciliation

It may appear that the condition has worsened or has
regressed to an earlier stage of dysfunction. True change involves
conscious choice and this often means that the soul must revisit its
original wounding or trauma in order to bring renewed understanding that
may not have previously been possible. Stage Three addresses
underlying or unhealed aspects stored within the memory of the soul.

    Stage Four: Renewal and Reconstellation

In this stage we often see the emergence of entirely new
aspects of the self. The active transformation of character defects
results in new strengths and creative choices which would not have been
    possible without such inner work.

    Oh you're welcome...

I just had a healing session and I want to see how things will go from there...this may change yet again after that. I do not know.

This is all 'pay it by ear' sort of thing working with these where it concerns me...*laughs*. Most would probably get annoyed with the constant changes...but I have to go with the flow like this...I have to be able to change quickly/adapt quickly so that by the time I do put in the order - I order the 'right' ones...if that makes sense. Because something that I think that I might need now...I might not need in two weeks time.

    Working with Essences Empty
PostSubject: Re: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptyThu 23 Jun 2011 - 0:59

This is one that is on my 'definite' list:

    Pink Yarrow

    Positive qualities:
Loving awareness of others from a self-contained consciousness; appropriate emotional boundaries.

    Patterns of imbalance:
Unbalanced sympathetic forces, overly absorbent auric field, lack of emotional clarity, dysfunctional merging with others.

Every human soul seeks at its deepest level to be compassionate to open its feeling life to others. The Pink
Yarrow type needs to distinguish authentic compassion from overly sympathetic identification with others. For
such persons, the boundaries between the Self and others is quite loose and ill-defined.

    This extreme openness
predisposes the soul to easily “bleed,” or merge with it environment, particularly the emotional
aura of others. As a consequence, such individuals experience emotional confusion and oversensitivity, unable
to identify which feelings originate from the Self and which from others. Sometimes this emotional merging I
unconscious; at other times, the individual willingly sponges up emotional debris.

Such a soul is extremely “allergic” to
environmental confusion and disharmony, and hopes to dissipate such discord be internalizing it. Pink Yarrow
flower essence imparts greater objectivity and containment. It teaches that true compassion comes from the heart
which is in touch with its own spiritual strength. Such a person learns to give love that does not absorb, but
radiates; that heals not by sympathetic merging, but by compassionate presence.

Edit to add: I believe the mother has this and will make my own as well to 'hold me over' until I can buy a bottle...because this 'allergy' to 'discord/disharmonious energy' is driving me batty...and I have to have something to help the body settle down better.

    Working with Essences Empty
PostSubject: Re: Working with Essences   Working with Essences EmptySat 25 Jun 2011 - 21:13

I made my own Pink Yarrow essence on the 23rd and the moment I took it I could feel a big difference.

I felt all of this 'toxic' energy the body 'absorbed' since who knows when. I immediately got that nausea that I mentioned in the Diaphragm Chakra thread and had to quickly, as I felt like I was going to vomit, get my Chrysoprase and my Phenacite (for some reason they work well together for me) and put them in my shirt pocket. Not long after, I decided to put them (as they were in a mini-ziploc baggie) on my undershirt by pinning the baggie so they hung over the area right under my sternum. Having them there really helped 'diffuse' the physical reaction better than in my shirt pocket. I did this to help 'ease' this 'purging' of 'toxic' energy from the body.

I also added this essence to my Rose toner to use to help me clear that way too when I spray it all over me.
I felt much in clearing the solar plexus - diaphragm - heart - throat and head (3rd eye and crown). The physical feeling, after clearing out the 'toxic' energy - in 'waves' mind you - was just like that after you vomit repeatedly. It is that same feeling of exhaustion from 'purging'. I was weak and shakey-like.

At the time, I was curious to see if - as time passed and I used this - I would no longer need the other essences that relate to solar plexus healing (the South African Loquat and Flowering Gum, Living Tree Orchid's 'Voice of Courage' and 'Hara to Heart') - because I felt more 'grounded', 'centered', and my mind became clearer after having taken this and 'purged' that 'toxic' energy.

It's a strange curious fact that the mother has many flowers (plants) growing, which I have used in making my own essences - this being one of them. This is so strong - as far as potency, because I didn't dilute it much, that I won't need to buy it.

As an aside, I understand there's skeptics out there where it concerns crystal therapy - I've been one of them...and I still have a hard time, in one sense, 'grasping' all this stuff...but, in instances like this, it has only been crystals that have helped me 'ease' the physical discomforts of the change in energy. One other example is the pain I would get from 'grounding' my energy - and Blue Kyanite...and only Blue Kyanite...would clear up the blocks so that my energy could ground into the body. Sometimes the pain would be so bad I would be in tears from it.

To me, this is 'proof' that, there is 'something' to crystal therapy. I may never fully know what it is or how it works - but as long as it works I'm fine with it and don't really care how it works. Like the saying - if it's stupid and it works, then it isn't stupid.

Also, on this day, I totally changed my crystals around (not counting the above) I felt a 'connection' with: Charoite, Black Tourmaline, Black Onyx, and my Grossular Garnet which has some black in (Black Andradite Garnet?), and my Snakeskin Agate. I realized that, I am going deeper into the abyss (the unconscious? - the subconscious?) of not only the body, but of the 'collective'. Therefore I felt a very strong 'desire' to get the Master Shamanite because that stone 'reflects' what I am doing. I also suppose it is of no consequence, that prior to this 'big dive', that I took the South African Fig essence which works on fears that are located in the collective unconsciousness and bring them to the consciouness to be cleared.
