| Just finished, did an chakra balancing and aura clense as well. there also seemed to be quite a bit of tension in the neck as well so I eased that. | |

Oh shoulder pain I so know well. Me Son dislocated mine years ago once popped out its never the same.
Focus on a ball of Golden Light coming to ye moving in and around the joint and into the shoulder blade. Feel the warm glow it has and healing White Light I send.

| Gosh thank you people! I am not used to so much attention lol Balen, no one has ever done my chakras for me before! Thank you. People, my shoulder feels so much better. It's feeling sort of numb atm. I am still in bed so dont know how it will be when I rise. However I do know it is not anywhere near as painful as yesterday. If it had been my left shoulder I would not have been able to drive. Many, many thanks for your help  | |

I had my chakras realigned, cleansed by a good friend - it was the most wonderful feeling ever!! I went from totally freaking out, weak, lost until my friend Diane cleansed my chakras. Man, it was the best feeling ever. I tried doing it myself not as powerful but it helped a lot. | |
