Hello people. I have been woken up with acid indigestion. My throat and oesphagus are now burnt and hurt real bad. I am trying not to be sick, cos I would get burnt more. Help please

Thank you so very much. I eventually was able to sleep again, but daren't eat or drink anything yet. From my heart upwards to the back of my throat is burnt. Swallowing is painful All because I had 2 rounds of toast at 9pm last night

I took an extra anti acid capsule and had bread and milk for dinner. Now I look 7 months pregnant
