Could I ask that you focus any healing you can to my Husband Lee.

He has had a problem for couple of years but it has reared up at the moment and as I type he is being admitted to hospital for more tests, I hope he comes home today -- I am useless without him...

I couldnt go with him because of the boys and because I wouldnt be able to get back to the car by myself - cant walk that far, so you see I really am useless!!

His problem is a stomach right hand side and he also he has bleeding from his behind, which of course is embarrasing, painful and frustrating for him...but if we dont talk about these things they will remain all of the above!

So please focus your healing, thoughts, prayers with my Lee and I will update you later when I get to see him..

Well he isnt home tonight, maybe not tomorrow either...

They want to do the camera (hopefully in the morning) and then hope to do any other tests as an out patient..

The thinking is that it may be Crohns - I dont know alot about it, so will have to read up..

Chrones is similar to IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome)
It can be controlled by diet.
I dont know much about it myself.
My sons mate was diagnosed with it when he was 17.
And a colleague has it too.
Stress makes it worse.

He hasnt had the camera yet - so maybe later today or over the weekend...if they see what the problem is then we go from there, if not they want to do the camera from the throat down which cant be done until Monday ----- so looks like I dont have him over the weekend...My mum is taking both of the boys with her tonight, so I have time to rest.

The weather is awful here so I wont be going to see him at the hospital because of the day I have had and that he will have to meet me in the carpark to help me so we will both get soaked... I will speak to him again a few times later and if there is an update I will of course pass it on.

I used to have a friend with Chron's. He coped pretty well with it and led a normal life, to me anyway. I think it's not so bad once it's diagnosed and treated.

I am afraid no news, I am just getting ready to go and see him now.

He is still waiting for the camera...you know how long these things can take!!!

I will let you know how he is doing when I get back, as fo me I am tired and aching and a little bit stressed...uniforms, washing, lunches, animals, bills etc... not used to having them all at once!!!

I saw him, was good to see him but still no real news, he may be there until wed or thu....depends when they can get the cameras done, he is feeling quite low and obviously worried about me and the boys...

The latest is they want a stool sample, but he hasnt eaten for 2 1/2 days so that is pretty tough! they want to see if going or not going to the toilet makes any difference to the loss he has.

we got back after 8 and then had to eat! the boys are home with me tonight and mum is coming around early tomorrow to help out and make lunch.

So I am having a catch up and then need to get to bed as I need to sort the boys out tomorrow ready for school on Monday with homework, reading and uniforms etc...


Lol I have lots going around in my head at the moment and am finding that I need to write lists, or I am forgetting. With my ME if I have too much to remember my mind tends to shut off and I forget all of it!!
