Does anyone get massages on a regular basis? What about accupuncture?
What about other alternative physical healing methods?
I want to start massages on a schedule, at the present I just go when I really need it.... and sometimes I feel really bad afterwards because of the toxins my body is trying to get rid of. Does anyone ever experience this?

I don't get them on a regular basis, but have experienced that myself. I think that with regular sessions that it is less likely.

What about chiropractic healing? I do get adjustments a lot...it certainly helps me.
